Whole House Demolition and Restoration in Lacey

This home, owned by a Fellow Realtor of Phil Sr., was demo'd almost to the foundation.  The homeowner would probably have spent less  building a new home; but the proximity to the water (Hicks Lake) made it impossible to re-build.  Environmental regulations would prohibit new contruction on this site.

Whole House Remodel with Master Suite Addition in South Bay

Remodel and addition of a home in South Bay, Olympia. This home started as a typical 1200 square foot rambler with about 20 years of wear and tear.  Our remodeling team added approximately 500 square feet, in the form of a master suite with 5 piece bath and walk in closet.  The remainder of the home was almost completely gutted and redone.  The kitchen is a step up from standard builder grade, with Maple cabinets, granite tile counter tops, and natural wood laminate flooring.
